HOW IT WORKS
1. Order
Check your media to see which format(s) you have, and how many of each. Also keep an eye out for any damage or if any of your tapes have developed mould.
Then, head over to our order page and enter your desired transfer options.
2. Send
Make sure to pack your tapes securely to ensure they arrive safely. Send your tapes to our address as given on your order confirmation, or you can drop them off if you are local.
When your tapes arrive, we will send you an email to let you know.
3. Transfer
We will now transfer your tapes to your desired output format using our studio grade equipment and refined techniques.
Great care is taken during this process to ensure the best transfer results are achieved.
4. Enjoy!
Once the transfer process is complete, we will supply your chosen output media to you along with your original tapes, if requested. Digital downloads will be sent to you via email.
You can now enjoy watching your home videos once again, with the peace of mind that they are preserved for the future!

REPAIRS
We can repair and fix tape damage such as snaps or broken cassettes. STUDIO 213 are also the experts in tape mould cleaning and remediation - a service that 99% of worldwide competitors refuse to offer.
RESTORATION
Using advanced techniques and equipment we can rectify many issues that may occur with your media, such as wobbling and jittering or static and colour issues.

100% of our services are handled in house by us. Your tapes never leave our premises unlike many of our competitors who send them off to cheap and inexperienced third parties, which not only takes weeks to process but usually provide poor results.

We have a genuine understanding and interest of all things audio/visual, both the media itself and the equipment required to play them. A lot of our time is spent on repairing and maintaining our equipment. It's not just a business to us, but a life-long hobby!
